The Residence
The Residence Le Fontane is a two-storey complex (connected by a lift) consisting of one- and two-bedroom flats, ideal for stays of up to 6 people. Each flat is designed to offer maximum comfort; they are all complete with an equipped kitchenette, private bathroom, and air conditioning, allowing you to feel at home. The accommodations can accommodate couples, families, or groups of friends.
Inside the Residence you will be able to take advantage of various services: a swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and parasols, a barbecue area for your barbecues with friends, the practical communal laundry area with washing machines and dryers, and green spaces where you can relax and enjoy your free time. In addition, our staff is always available at the reception office to provide you with useful information and advice on what to visit in the surrounding area.
The Le Fontane residence is about a 10-minute walk from the centre of Villasimius, with its typical markets and shops, and 2.5 km from the beautiful beach of Simius.

Terms and Conditions - Residence Le Fontane
RECEPTION OPENING HOURS: 9:00-13:00 and 16:30-20:00 | CHECK-IN: 17:00-20:00 - CHECK-OUT: from 9:00 to 10:00.
For arrivals after 20:00, it is mandatory for the guests to indicate the late arrival at the time of booking and to contact reception (Tel. +39 3313166097) to arrange key collection (via key box code). Without prior notice, check-in cannot be guaranteed and an additional fee of € 50,00 may be applied.
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon check-in)
UTILITY FEE: per day per person from 13.06 to 11.09 (included): € 10,00 adults; € 5,00 children (3 to under 12 years old), free for infants (0 to under 3 years old). This fee covers electricity, water, gas, first supply of bath and bed linens. For stays of at least 14 nights, linens are changed every 7 nights.
FINAL CLEANING: B3-B3P-B4P € 80,00; T5P-T6P € 90,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. A fee of € 50,00 will be applied for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste. The property complies with local waste separation regulations.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Villasimius, to be paid in cash. The amount may vary depending on the time of year.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside reception hours, the deposit can be refunded via bank transfer (transfer fees charged to the guest).
