The Residence
The Residence Le Fontane is a two-storey complex (connected by a lift) consisting of one- and two-bedroom flats, ideal for stays of up to 6 people. Each flat is designed to offer maximum comfort; they are all complete with an equipped kitchenette, private bathroom, and air conditioning, allowing you to feel at home. The accommodations can accommodate couples, families, or groups of friends.
Inside the Residence you will be able to take advantage of various services: a swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and parasols, a barbecue area for your barbecues with friends, the practical communal laundry area with washing machines and dryers, and green spaces where you can relax and enjoy your free time. In addition, our staff is always available at the reception office to provide you with useful information and advice on what to visit in the surrounding area.
The Le Fontane residence is about a 10-minute walk from the centre of Villasimius, with its typical markets and shops, and 2.5 km from the beautiful beach of Simius.

Terms and Conditions - Residence Le Fontane
The reception is open every day from 9:00 to 13:00 pm and from 17:00 to 20:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance (phone number +39 3313166097). Guests must contact the reception office at this number to receive the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment key. In case of arrival after 20:00 without previous communication check-in is not guaranteed and an extra cost of € 50,00 could be charged. Guests' telephone number is also required in case of arrival after 20:00
RATE INCLUDES: access to swimming pool, air conditioning, shared washing machine and BBQ, bicycles (service based on availability).
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
UTILITY FEE: from 14.06 to 12.09 per person per day: € 10,00 adult; € 5,00 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. This fee covers gas, electricity, water, 1 set of bed and bath linens (bed and bath linens are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights)
FINAL CLEANING: B3/B4 € 80,00; T5/T6 € 90,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are not complied with, a penalty of € 50,00 will be charged for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Villasimius in cash, the amount may change.
DEPOSIT: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
