The Residence
In the north of Sardinia, near Vignola Mare (a hamlet of the municipality of Aglientu), and immersed in the Mediterranean bush, is the Baia dei Mirti Residence.
Framed by a beautiful pine forest, the residence, designed following the architectural style of the Gallura region, is ideal for staying with family, friends, or couples.
Its layout is reminiscent of a courtyard: in the central part we find the reception office, always ready to welcome you, a snack bar, a small market, a laundry room complete with washing machines and dryers, and finally a splendid swimming pool with an area for the little ones.
The apartments, divided into four blocks and located on the ground and second floors, are designed to give you all the comforts of home: the equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, but also the equipped patio or balcony that allow you to enjoy the view of the green Sardinia.
A few hundred meters away you can find the charming village of Vignola Mare, still a little-known tourist destination, with its beach of the same name, characterized by fine golden sand, lapped by turquoise and transparent waters. A few km from the residence you can visit the beaches of Nuracu Nieddu (4.7 km), Monti Russu (7.2 km), Rena Majore (12.2 km). Santa Teresa di Gallura, departure point for Corsica, is only 19 km away. The use of a car is recommended.

Terms and Conditions - Residence Baia dei Mirti
The reception is open every day from 9:00 to 13:00 pm and from 17:00 to 20:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance (phone number +39 3271079161). Guests have to contact the reception office at this number to receive the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment key. In case of arrival after 20:00 without previous communication check-in is not guaranteed and an extra cost of 50,00 € could be charged. Guests' telephone number is also required in case of arrival after 20:00
RATE INCLUDES: utility fees (electricity, water, gas), 1 supply of bed and bath linens (linen change every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights), use of the swimming pool, air conditioning, laundry area, BBQ and picnic area, Wi-Fi.
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon check-in)
FINAL CLEANING: M2/M3 € 70,00; B3/B4 € 80,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are not complied with, a penalty of € 50.00 will be charged for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50.00 for not disposing the waste.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Aglientu, to be paid in cash. The amount may differ depending on the period.
DEPOSIT: € 150,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank
transfer (additional charges will be applied).
