The Residence
We welcome you to Giardino degli Oleandri, an enchanting residence nestled in the Mediterranean bush, surrounded by fragrant oleanders from which it takes its name.
Our apartments are designed to combine the natural beauty of Sardinia with the elegance of Costa Smeralda. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. In the residence there are two swimming pool, a parking lot, and a laundry room for free use, as well as the courtesy and availability of our reception office.
The residence is set in a strategic location, just 350 meters from Liscia di Vacca beach, and 3 km from Porto Cervo and Baja Sardinia.

Terms and Conditions - Il Giardino degli Oleandri
Our reception office is open every day from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 16:30 pm to 20:30 pm. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the reception office in advance (T. +39 3426474659) to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus collect the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50,00 may be applied. Guests' phone number is required for late check-in.
RATE INCLUDES: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, self-service laudry room, unattended parking, access to swimming pool.
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon check-in)
UTILITY FEE (B2, B4, T6): per day per person from 14.06 to 12.09 € 10,00 adults; € 5,00 children 3/11.99 years, free for children 0/2.99 years. This fee covers electricity, water, gas, 1 supply of bed linens and bath towels, 1 set of kitchen linens (placemat), 1 complimentary rearrangement, with bed linens and bath towels change (only for 14 nights stays or multiples - except kitchenette).
UTILITY FEE (B4P): per day per person from 14.06 to 12.09 € 10,00 adults; € 5,00 children 3/11.99 years, free for children 0/2.99 years. This fee covers electricity, water, gas, 1 supply of bed linens and bath towels, 1 set of kitchen linens (placemat), beach/pool towels, 1 complimentary rearrangement with bed linens and bath towels change only for 7 nights stays or multiples - except kitchenette.
FINAL CLEANING: B2/B4/B4P € 85,00; T6 € 100,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are not complied with, a penalty of € 50,00 will be applied for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Arzachena, to be paid in cash. The amount differs depending on the period.
DEPOSIT: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out during reception closing hours, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
