The Residence
We welcome you to Giardino degli Oleandri, an enchanting residence nestled in the Mediterranean bush, surrounded by fragrant oleanders from which it takes its name.
Our apartments are designed to combine the natural beauty of Sardinia with the elegance of Costa Smeralda. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. In the residence there are two swimming pool, a parking lot, and a laundry room for free use, as well as the courtesy and availability of our reception office.
The residence is set in a strategic location, just 350 meters from Liscia di Vacca beach, and 3 km from Porto Cervo and Baja Sardinia.

For arrivals after 20:00, it is mandatory for the guests to indicate the late arrival at the time of booking and to contact reception (Tel. +39 3426474659) to arrange key collection (via key box code). Without prior notice, check-in cannot be guaranteed and an additional fee of € 50,00 may be applied.

COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon check-in)
UTILITY FEE (B2, B4, T6): per day per person from 13.06 to 11.09 (included): € 10,00 adults; € 5,00 children (3 to under 12 years old), free for infants (0 to under 3 years old). This fee covers electricity, water, first supply of bed linens and bath towels, American placemat. For stays of at least 14 nights, linens are changed every 7 nights and one complimentary extra cleaning service is provided (kitchenette not included).
UTILITY FEE (B4P): per day per person from 13.06 to 11.09 (included): € 10,00 adults; € 5,00 children (3 to under 12 years old), free for infants (0 to under 3 years old). This fee covers electricity, water, first supply of bed linens and bath towels, American placemat, beach/pool towels. For stays of at least 7 nights, one change of linens and one complimentary extra cleaning service are provided (kitchenette not included).
FINAL CLEANING: B2-B4-B4P € 85,00; T6 € 100,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are not complied with, a penalty of € 50,00 will be applied for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Arzachena, to be paid in cash. The amount may vary depending on the time of year.
DEPOSIT: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside reception hours, the deposit can be refunded via bank transfer (transfer fees charged to the guest).
