RECEPTION OPENING HOURS: 9:00-13:00 and 17:00-20:00 | CHECK-IN: 17:00-20:00 - CHECK-OUT: from 9:00 to 10:00.
For arrivals after 20:00, it is mandatory for the guests to indicate the late arrival at the time of booking and to contact reception (Tel. +39 3497256630) to arrange key collection (via key box code). Without prior notice, check-in cannot be guaranteed and an additional fee of € 50,00 may be applied.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: guests who book villas with swimming pool will be asked, when handing over the keys, to sign a waiver pointing out that the use of the pool is under their own responsibility, as these are private pools for which the presence of lifeguards is not required.

COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon check-in)           
UTILITY FEE: per day per person from 13.06 to 11.09 (included): € 10,00 adults; € 5,00 children (3 to under 12 years old), free for infants (0 to under 3 years old). This fee covers electricity, water, gas, first supply of bath and bed linens. For stays of at least 14 nights, linens are changed every 7 nights.    
FINAL CLEANING: V4-V4IN € 80,00; V6IN-V6ES € 90,00; V8ES € 100,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. A fee of € 50,00 will be applied for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste. The property complies with local waste separation regulations.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Stintino, to be paid in cash. The amount may vary depending on the time of year.      
€ 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside reception hours, the deposit can be refunded via bank transfer (transfer fees charged to the guest).
