The Residence
The enchanting Capo Falcone Charming Apartments complex, built in 2020, is located in Stintino, on the northwest tip of Sardinia, famous for its dreamy beaches, breathtaking landscapes and an atmosphere that will make you fall in love instantly.
The apartments of the residence, 56 in total divided into 5 housing groups, are finely furnished and complete with every comfort, from the equipped kitchenette to air conditioning, and put at your disposal a balcony (if on the second floor) or a veranda with patio (if on the ground floor), which will allow you to enjoy your moments of relaxation to the fullest. The property is perfect for a vacation with family or friends, thanks also to its wonderful swimming pool and newly opened bar.
The residence is a short walk from the beautiful beach of La Pelosa (limited access, entrance bookable on official website), and a distance of only 4 km from the town of Stintino. From here you can also easily reach Alghero, which is 60 km away.

The reception is open every day from 9:00 to 13:00 pm and from 16:30 to 20:00.
Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the reception office (T. +39 3939890596) in order to receive the KEY BOX code and collect the apartment key. In case of arrival after 20:00 without previous communication, check-in is not guaranteed and an extra cost of € 50,00 will be applied. Guests' telephone number is also required for late arrivals.
RATE INCLUDES: air conditioning, access to swimming pool, use of BBQ area, use of the laundry room, unguarded outdoor private parking, bicycles (service based on availability, security deposit: € 50,00).
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
UTILITY FEE: from 14.06 to 12.09 per person per day: € 10,00 adult; € 5,00 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. This fee covers gas, electricity, water, 1 set of bed and bath linens (bed and bath linens are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights). For stays of 14 days or more, 1 free cleaning includied in the rate (except kitchenette).
FINAL CLEANING: B4-B4P € 80,00; T6 € 90,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are not complied with, a penalty of € 50,00 will be charged for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Stintino in cash, the amount may change depending on the time of the year.
DEPOSIT: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred.
