The Residence
The enchanting Capo Falcone Charming Apartments complex, built in 2020, is located in Stintino, on the northwest tip of Sardinia, famous for its dreamy beaches, breathtaking landscapes and an atmosphere that will make you fall in love instantly.
The apartments of the residence, 56 in total divided into 5 housing groups, are finely furnished and complete with every comfort, from the equipped kitchenette to air conditioning, and put at your disposal a balcony (if on the second floor) or a veranda with patio (if on the ground floor), which will allow you to enjoy your moments of relaxation to the fullest. The property is perfect for a vacation with family or friends, thanks also to its wonderful swimming pool and newly opened bar.
The residence is a short walk from the beautiful beach of La Pelosa (limited access, entrance bookable on official website), and a distance of only 4 km from the town of Stintino. From here you can also easily reach Alghero, which is 60 km away.

RECEPTION OPENING HOURS: 9:00-13:00 and 16:30-20:00 | CHECK-IN: 17:00-20:00 - CHECK-OUT: from 9:00 to 10:00.
For arrivals after 20:00, it is mandatory for the guests to indicate the late arrival at the time of booking and to contact reception (Tel. +39 3939890596) to arrange key collection (via key box code). Without prior notice, check-in cannot be guaranteed and an additional fee of € 50,00 may be applied.
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
UTILITY FEE: per day per person from 13.06 to 11.09 (included): € 10,00 adults; € 5,00 children (3 to under 12 years old), free for infants (0 to under 3 years old). This fee covers electricity, water, first supply of bath and bed linens. For stays of at least 14 nights, linens are changed every 7 nights and one complimentary extra cleaning service is provided (kitchenette not included).
FINAL CLEANING: B4-B4P € 80,00, T6 € 90,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. A fee of € 50,00 will be applied for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste. The property complies with local waste separation regulations.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Stintino, to be paid in cash. The amount may vary depending on the time of year.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside reception hours, the deposit can be refunded via bank transfer (transfer fees charged to the guest).
