Our reception office is open every day from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 16:30 to 20:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property (tel. +39 0789754975). Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50,00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in.

RATE INCLUDES: Access to swimming pool, fitness corner, air conditioning, private indoor and outdoor parking, use of shared washing machine and dryer, bicycles (service based on availability, security deposit: € 50,00).

COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)

UTILITY FEE: per day per person from 14.06 to 12.09 € 10,00 adults; € 5,00 children 3/11.99 years, free for children 0/2.99 years. This fee covers electricity, water, gas, 1 supply of bed and bath linens (linen change every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights).
FINAL CLEANING: B2-B4 € 80,00; T6 € 90,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are not complied with, a penalty of € 50,00 will be charged for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Santa Teresa Gallura, to be paid in cash. The amount differs depending on the period.
DEPOSIT: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out during reception closing hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
