RECEPTION OPENING HOURS (located at Residence I Mirti Bianchi - Via Tibula, 28): 9:00-13:00 and 17:00-20:00 | CHECK-IN: 17:00-20:00 - CHECK-OUT: from 9:00 to 10:00.
For arrivals after 20:00, it is mandatory for the guests to indicate the late arrival at the time of booking and to contact reception (Tel. +39 0789754975) to arrange key collection (via key box code). Without prior notice, check-in cannot be guaranteed and an additional fee of € 50,00 may be applied. 

COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon check-in)                        
UTILITY FEE: per day per person from 13.06 to 11.09 (included): € 10,00 adults; € 5,00 children (3 to under 12 years old); free for infants (0 to under 3 years old). This fee covers electricity, water, first supply of bath and bed linens. For stays of at least 14 nights, linens are changed every 7 nights.     
FINAL CLEANING: M2 € 70,00; B4 € 80,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. A fee of € 50,00 will be applied for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste. The property complies with local waste separation regulations.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Santa Teresa Gallura, to be paid in cash. The amount may vary depending on the time of year.   
SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside reception hours, the deposit can be refunded via bank transfer (transfer fees charged to the guest).
