Le Pavoncelle Residence

The reception office is at the I Mirti Bianchi Residence, in Via Tibula, 28 - 07028 Santa Teresa Gallura. The reception is open every day from 9:00 to 13:00 pm and from 17:00 to 20:00. 
Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance (phone number +39 0789754975). Guests have to contact the reception office at this number to receive the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment key. In case of arrival after 20:00. Without previous communication check-in is not guaranteed and an extra cost of € 50,00 could be charged. Guests' telephone number is also required in case of arrival after 20:00.

RATE INCLUDES: air conditioning. At the residence I Mirti Bianchi: shared washing machine and dryer, bicycles (service based on availability).

COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon check-in)                        
UTILITY FEE:  from 14.06 to 12.09 per person per day: € 10,00 adult; € 5,00 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. This fee covers gas, electricity, water, 1 set of bed and bath linens (bed and bath linens are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights)        
FINAL CLEANING: M2 € 70,00; B4 € 80,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are not complied with, a penalty of € 50,00 will be charged for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Santa Teresa Gallura in cash, the amount may change.        
DEPOSIT: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
