The Residence

The Grande Baia Residence is located in San Teodoro, near Monte Petrosu, in North Eastern Sardinia. The Grande Baia Residence is set amidst 80 hectares of gardens overlooking a small cove, facing the magnificent islands of Tavolara and Molara.
La Pipara beach, a sandy cove also suitable for children, is at 800 mts from the resort. The beach can be reached on foot or using the free shuttle service offered to all guests. There, guests will find sun umbrellas and deckchairs which are property of the Grande Baia Residence.
The resort features a cocktail lounge bar where you can enjoy a fresh drink or an ice cream listening to live music by the poolside.
At the Grande Baia Resort you can relax at the wellness and spa area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, fitness room, various pools for thalassotherapy treatments, 10 cabins for massages and facial and body treatments.

San Teodoro is a popular tourist destination, which is particularly popular among young people for its exciting summer nightlife. The village is visited by thousands of people during summer.
If you love nature, we recommend you to visit the protected marine area of Tavolara and to the lagoon of San Teodoro, habitat of pink flamingos and the perfect location for birdwatching lovers. The most famous beaches of San Teodoro are La Cinta, a thin and long stretch of white sand with crystal clear blue sea, Cala Brandinchi (the Sardinian Tahiti) Lu Impostu, the Marina di Puntaldìa with its marina and S'Isuledda.
