The Residence
Palau Green Village is a complex made of typical Sardinian stone, consisting of apartments set in beautifully kept gardens, just a few steps from the beach.
The apartments, finely furnished, include: equipped kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning, private veranda (second floor) or patio (ground floor), in both cases and furnished with tables and chairs. Amenities at the property, in addition to our welcoming reception, include a large swimming pool with sun beds and solarium, barbecue area, convenient laundry area, and playground for the little ones.
Thanks to the strategic location of Palau Green Village, just 150 meters away you can find the nearby beach, surrounded by a thick pine forest with a fitness trail, while 500 meters away you can easily reach the town center.
The complex is also only 40 km from the port and airport of Olbia.

Terms and Conditions - Palau Green Village
RECEPTION OPENING HOURS: 9:00-13:00 and 16:30-20:00 | CHECK-IN: 17:00-20:00 - CHECK-OUT: from 9:00 to 10:00.
For arrivals after 20:00, it is mandatory for the guests to indicate the late arrival at the time of booking and to contact reception (Tel. +39 0789771036) to arrange key collection (via key box code). Without prior notice, check-in cannot be guaranteed and an additional fee of € 50,00 may be applied.
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon check-in)
UTILITY FEE: per day per person from 13.06 to 11.09 (included): € 10,00 adults; € 5,00 children (3 to under 12 years old), free for infants (0 to under 3 years old). This fee covers electricity, water, gas, first supply of bath and bed linens. For stays of at least 14 nights, linens are changed every 7 nights.
FINAL CLEANING: M2 € 70,00; B4 € 80,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. A fee of € 50,00 will be applied for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste. The property complies with local waste separation regulations.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Palau, to be paid in cash. The amount may vary depending on the time of year.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside reception hours, the deposit can be refunded via bank transfer (transfer fees charged to the guest).
