The Residence
In the pretty hamlet of Sos Alinos, just 12 kilometers from Orosei, stands the picturesque Residence Cala Viola.
Its forty apartments, spread over three floors (ground, first and second), are spacious, elegantly furnished and equipped with every convenience.
Each apartment has a furnished patio or balcony, a fully stocked kitchenette with cookware and dishes, air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, and a safe deposit box.
Guests can also enjoy a beautiful swimming pool with whirlpool area, relax in the solarium, organize barbecues in the barbecue area, or let the little ones play in the dedicated playground.
The location is well served: nearby there are restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, a pharmacy, a doctor's office, and the bus stop to the beaches, which is just 100 meters away.

Terms and Conditions - Residence Cala Viola
The reception office is open every day: 9:00-13:00 and 16:00-20:00 during the low season, and 08:00-22:00 during the high season. Check-in is available from 17:00 to 20:00.
Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to the property (+39 07841880025). Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement, and a surcharge of € 50,00 may be applied. Guests' phone number is required for late check-in.
RATE INCLUDES: access to swimming pool with solarium area, Wi-Fi (pool area), air conditioning, unguarded parking.
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon check-in)
FORFAIT: from 14.06 to 12.09 € 10,00 per day per person (from 3 years of age); other periods: € 5,00 per day per person (from 3 years of age). Free for children 0/2.99 years. This fee covers utility fees (electricity, water, gas), 1 supply of bed and bath linens (linen change every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights), final cleaning.
Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are not complied with, a penalty of € 60,00 will be charged.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Orosei, to be paid in cash. The amount differs depending on the period.
DEPOSIT: € 150,00 (cash only) refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out during reception closing hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
