Residence Cala Viola

The reception office is open every day: 9:00-13:00 and 16:00-20:00 during the low season, and 08:00-22:00 during the high season. Check-in is available from 17:00 to 20:00. 
Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to the property (+39 07841880025). Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement, and a surcharge of € 50,00 may be applied. Guests' phone number is required for late check-in.

COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon check-in)                        
UTILITY FEE: from 13.06 to 11.09 (included): € 10.00 per day per person from 3 years of age; during the remaining periods: € 5.00 per day per person from 3 years of age. Free for children under 3 years old. This fee includes electricity, water, gas, first supply of bed linen and towels (linen are changed every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights), final cleaning. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. A fee of € 60,00 will be applied for not cleaning the kitchenette and for not disposing the waste. The property complies with local waste separation regulations.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Orosei, to be paid in cash. The amount may vary depending on the time of year. 
SECURITY DEPOSIT (to be paid in cash): € 150,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside reception hours, the deposit can be refunded via bank transfer (transfer fees charged to the guest).
