Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – Check-out within 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to the property (by phone: +39078498657 or via email: info@hotelmariarosaria.it). A surcharge of € 20.00 applies for arrivals after 22:00. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in. The property follows the mandatory waste separation programme and provides guests with recycling bins. 

THE RATE INCLUDES: access to swimming pool at the Hotel Maria Rosaria, air conditioning, Wi-FI.

COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon check-in)                        
FORFAIT: from 14.06 to 12.09: € 10,00 per day per person (from 3 years of age); other periods: € 5,00 per day per person (from 3 years of age). Free for children 0/2.99 years. This fee covers utility fees (electricity, water, gas), 1 supply of bed and bath linens (linen change every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights), final cleaning. 
Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are not complied with, a penalty of € 60,00 will be charged.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Orosei, to be paid in cash. The amount differs depending on the period. 
DEPOSIT: € 150,00 (cash only) refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out during reception closing hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
