The Residence
In the heart of the residentail district of Orosei, is the residential complex of Le Residenze del Maria Rosaria.
Recently built, the apartments are set on two floors (ground and second floor), are furnished in typical Sardinian style, designed to offer you a vacation with all the comforts of home; they are equipped with a kitchenette complete with pots and dishes, air conditioners, private bathroom with shower, independent entrance and a comfortable balcony or patio equipped with table and chairs.
In addition to the parking area, guests of the residence can enjoy some exclusive services free of charge, such as access to the splendid swimming pool with solarium, and reduced prices for the restaurant/pizzeria thanks to an agreement with Hotel Maria Rosaria (only 700 m from the Residences).
Thanks to its strategic location, it is ideal to reach the beautiful beaches of Su Barone and Su Petrosu, characterized by their long golden sandy shores, and their wild and unspoiled side, and located only a few minutes by car or bicycle.

Terms and Conditions - Le Residenze del Maria Rosaria
Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – Check-out within 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to the property (by phone: +39078498657 or via email: info@hotelmariarosaria.it). A surcharge of € 20.00 applies for arrivals after 22:00. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in. The property follows the mandatory waste separation programme and provides guests with recycling bins.
THE RATE INCLUDES: access to swimming pool (at Hotel Maria Rosaria).
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
UTILITY FEE: from 13.06 to 11.09 (included): € 10.00 per day per person from 3 years of age; during the remaining periods: € 5.00 per day per person from 3 years of age. Free for children under 3 years old. This fee includes electricity, water, gas, first supply of bed linen and towels (linen are changed every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights), final cleaning. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. A fee of € 60,00 will be applied for not cleaning the kitchenette and for not disposing the waste. The property complies with local waste separation regulations.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Orosei, to be paid in cash. The amount may vary depending on the time of year.
SECURITY DEPOSIT (to be paid in cash): € 150,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred.
