Orosei, famous for its charming medieval old town, is home to the charming Residenze del Golfo di Orosei, a perfect destination for families, couples or groups of friends looking for an unforgettable vacation.
Consisting of 12 independent apartments, furnished in authentic Sardinian style and equipped with every comfort, the complex offers spacious rooms with kitchenette complete with oven and dishes, washing machine, bathroom with shower, air conditioning in living room and bedroom. The apartments, distributed between ground floor and second floor, boast a furnished patio or balcony, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation.
Guests can take advantage of exclusive services, including free access to the wonderful swimming pool with solarium, and discounted rates at the Hotel Maria Rosaria's affiliated restaurant/pizzeria, located just 700 meters away.
The property is also easily accessible from Olbia airport and port, which are about 100 km away.

Terms and Conditions - Le Residenze del Golfo di Orosei
Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – Check-out within 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to the property by phone: +39 078498657. A surcharge of € 20,00 will be applied for arrivals after 22:00. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement, and a surcharge of € 50,00 may be applied. Guests' phone number is required for late check-in.
THE PRICE INCLUDES: access to swimming pool (at the Hotel Maria Rosaria), air conditioning, unguarded parking.
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon check-in)
FORFAIT: from 14.06 to 12.09: € 10,00 per day per person (from 3 years of age); other periods: € 5,00 per day per person (from 3 years of age). Free for children 0/2.99 years. This fee covers utility fees (electricity, water, gas), 1 supply of bed and bath linens (linen change every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights), final cleaning. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are not complied with, a penalty of € 60,00 will be charged.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Orosei, to be paid in cash. The amount differs depending on the period.
DEPOSIT: € 150,00 (cash only) refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out during reception closing hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
