Consisting of 12 independent apartments, furnished in authentic Sardinian style and equipped with every comfort, the complex offers spacious rooms with kitchenette complete with oven and dishes, washing machine, bathroom with shower, air conditioning in living room and bedroom. The apartments, distributed between ground floor and second floor, boast a furnished patio or balcony, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation.
Guests can take advantage of exclusive services, including free access to the wonderful swimming pool with solarium, and discounted rates at the Hotel Maria Rosaria's affiliated restaurant/pizzeria, located just 700 meters away.
The property is also easily accessible from Olbia airport and port, which are about 100 km away.

Terms and Conditions - Le Residenze del Golfo di Orosei
RECEPTION OPENING HOURS: 9:00-13:00 and 17:00-20:00 | CHECK-IN: 17:00-20:00 - CHECK-OUT: from 9:00 to 10:00. The reception office is located at Hotel Maria Rosaria, Via G.Deledda 13. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to the property by phone: +39 078498657. A surcharge of € 20,00 will be applied for arrivals after 22:00. Without previous communication check-in is not guaranteed and an extra cost of € 50,00 could be charged.
THE RATE INCLUDES: access to swimming pool (at Hotel Maria Rosaria).
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
UTILITY FEE: from 13.06 to 11.09 (included): € 10.00 per day per person from 3 years of age; during the remaining periods: € 5.00 per day per person from 3 years of age. Free for children under 3 years old. This fee includes electricity, water, gas, first supply of bed linen and towels (linen are changed every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights), final cleaning. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. A fee of € 60,00 will be applied for not cleaning the kitchenette and for not disposing the waste. The property complies with local waste separation regulations.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Orosei, to be paid in cash. The amount may vary depending on the time of year.
SECURITY DEPOSIT (to be paid in cash): € 150,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred.
