The Residence
The Baia Marina Residences are part of a cozy complex of 16 apartments located in a strategic position: in fact, it is only 800 meters from the center of Orosei, therefore within walking distance of all services and attractions: bars, stores, typical restaurants, etc..
The apartments, finely furnished in typical Sardinian style, have a kitchenette, air conditioning, and private bathroom with shower. Premium type apartments are also equipped with a comfortable terrace with table and chairs from which to enjoy the view of the Mediterranean maquis. All guests have convenient private parking in front of the Residence.
It is the ideal starting point for exploring both the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei and the characteristic Sardinian hinterland, which offers opportunities for wonderful excursions. The property is about 1.5 km from the beach of Marina di Orosei, and about 85 km from the port and airport of Olbia.

Terms and Conditions - Le Residenze del Baia Marina
RECEPTION OPENING HOURS: 9:00-13:00 and 17:00-20:00 | CHECK-IN: 17:00-20:00 - CHECK-OUT: from 9:00 to 10:00. The reception office is located Hotel Baia Marina, Via Del Mare 112 (at about 50 meters). Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. must be communicated in advance (at least 48 hours in advance) to the property by phone: +39 0784997028 or by email: info@residenzebaiamarina.it, providing a phone number of the guest. Without prior communication, check-in is not guaranteed and an additional charge of € 50.00 may be required as a penalty.
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
UTILITY FEE: from 13.06 to 11.09 (included): € 10.00 per day per person from 3 years of age; during the remaining periods: € 5.00 per day per person from 3 years of age. Free for children under 3 years old. This fee includes electricity, water, gas, first supply of bed linen and towels (linen are changed every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights), final cleaning. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. A fee of € 60,00 will be applied for not cleaning the kitchenette and for not disposing the waste. The property complies with local waste separation regulations.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Orosei, to be paid in cash. The amount may vary depending on the time of year.
SECURITY DEPOSIT (to be paid in cash): € 150,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred.
