The Residence
Immersed in the picturesque Mediterranean maquis and surrounded by an enchanting garden of flowering paths, the exclusive Villa Antonina is a true piece of paradise.
Villa Antonina has 9 apartments designed to guarantee maximum privacy and comfort. Each apartment is elegantly furnished and equipped with all the necessary comforts for an unforgettable holiday: air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower, and a kitchenette complete with kettle, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine, as well as a patio or balcony equipped with table and chairs overlooking the lush garden. In the complex there is a private car park for guests, a splendid swimming pool, a playground for children, a mini market and a restaurant/pizzeria (open at the discretion of the private managers).
Only 350 metres from the complex are coves of golden sand, nestled between majestic granite rocks, typical of the Sardinian landscape.
Situated in the heart of the Golfo di Marinella and just a few kilometres from the famous Porto Rotondo, Villa Antonina is a short distance from the bustling city of Olbia, the port and the airport, making it the ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful beaches and popular resorts of the luxurious Costa Smeralda.
Villa Antonina is home to the first international yoga school in Sardinia: Sardegna Astanga Yoga.

Terms and Conditions - Villa Antonina****s
For anything you may need, you can go to the reception office (c/o Baia de Bahas Residence) which opens daily from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. must be communicated in advance to the facility (+39 078930060); in case of non-communication, reception will not be guaranteed and an extra charge of € 50.00 may be requested. For arrivals after 20:00 we require telephone number of the customer. It is specified that in this complex is carried out the differentiated collection and disposal of waste in appropriate containers.
RATE INCLUDES: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, use of swimming pool, use of bicycles (subject to availability), washing machine for common use, parking.
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon check-in)
UTILITY FEE: per day per person from 14.06 to 12.09 € 10,00 adults; € 5,00 children 3/11.99 years, free for children 0/2.99 years. This fee covers electricity, water, gas, 1 supply of bed linens and bath towels (change every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights).
FINAL CLEANING: M2 € 70,00; B4 € 85,00; T6 € 95,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are not complied with, a penalty of € 50,00 will be charged for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further €50,00 for not disposing the waste.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Golfo Aranci, to be paid in cash. The amount differs depending on the time of the year.
DEPOSIT: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out during reception closing hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
