The Residence

Residence Baia de Bahas is a residential complex located in a panoramic and reserved position on the Golfo di Marinella, just a few steps from the sea.

The apartments, set on the ground and first floor, are surrounded by lush gardens that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. All accommodations feature an equipped kitchen, private bathroom, air-conditioning and all are complete with a furnished balcony or veranda. Some apartments have splendid sea views.

In the premises you can also find a bar, a restaurant/pizzeria, a market and a yoga center, whose services are available according to the season (opening at the managers' discretion).

About 350 meters from the apartments, you can access several coves of fine sand, characterized by a sloping seabed; they are the perfect example of the typical Sardinian coastline, bordered by granite rocks and surrounded by Mediterranean scrub.

Residence Baia de Bahas is only 5 km from Porto Rotondo and 7 km from Golfo Aranci. It is also only 18 km from the port and airport of Olbia: to fully enjoy your holiday, we recommend hiring a car once you arrive.

Terms and Conditions - Baia de Bahas Residence

RECEPTION OPENING HOURS: 9:00-13:00 and 17:00-20:00 | CHECK-IN: 17:00-20:00 - CHECK-OUT: from 9:00 to 10:00.
For arrivals after 20:00, it is mandatory for the guests to indicate the late arrival at the time of booking and to contact reception (Tel. +39 078930060 / +39 3495367473) to arrange key collection (via key box code). Without prior notice, check-in cannot be guaranteed and an additional fee of € 50,00 may be applied. 

COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon check-in)
UTILITY FEE: per day per person from 13.06 to 11.09 (included): € 10,00 adults; € 5,00 children (3 to under 12 years old), free for infants (0 to under 3 years old). This fee covers electricity, water, gas, first supply of bath and bed linens. For stays of at least 14 nights, linens are changed every 7 nights.
FINAL CLEANING: B4-B4VM € 85,00; T6-T6VM € 95,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. A fee of € 50,00 will be applied for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste. The property complies with local waste separation regulations.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Golfo Aranci, to be paid in cash. The amount may vary depending on the time of year.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside reception hours, the deposit can be refunded via bank transfer (transfer fees charged to the guest).
