The Residence
Residence Le Dimore di Budoni, located on the northeast coast of Sardinia, is located just 500 meters from the town center, and 300 meters from the beautiful Budoni beach, which can be easily reached on foot, or with one of the residence's bicycles, available to guests.
The complex is surrounded by lush gardens and consists of one- and two-bedroom apartments designed for two, four, or six people. Functional and well furnished, they are equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette, TV, air conditioning, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and hair dryer, and can be located on the ground floor, with a private patio, or on the second floor with a comfortable terrace to enjoy the view of the greenery. For the little ones, there is also a playground.
Le Dimore di Budoni is 35 km from the port and airport of Olbia.

Terms and Conditions - Le Dimore di Budoni
The reception is open every day from 9:00 to 13:00 pm and from 17:00 to 20:00.
Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the(phone number +39 3888850521). Guests have to contact the reception office at this number to receive the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment key. In case of arrival after 20:00 without previous communication check-in is not guaranteed and an extra cost of 50.00 € could be charged. Guests' telephone number is also required in case of arrival after 20:00
RATE INCLUDES: air conditioning, shared outdoor showers and BBQ, unguarded parking, children's playground, bicycles (service based on availability).
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon check-in)
UTILITY FEE: from 14.06 to 12.09 per person per day: € 10,00 adult; € 5,00 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. This fee includes gas, electricity, water, 1 set of bed and bath linens (bed and bath linens are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights).
FINAL CLEANING: B4 € 80,00; T6 € 90,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are not complied with, a penalty of € 50,00 will be applied for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Budoni, to be paid in cash, the amount may change depending on the period.
DEPOSIT: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
