RECEPTION OPENING HOURS: 9:00-13:00 and 17:00-20:00 | CHECK-IN: 17:00-20:00 - CHECK-OUT: from 9:00 to 10:00.
For arrivals after 20:00, it is mandatory for the guests to indicate the late arrival at the time of booking and to contact reception (Tel. +39 3480613016) to arrange key collection. Without prior notice, check-in cannot be guaranteed and an additional fee of € 50,00 may be applied. For all check-ins after 20:00, a mandatory surcharge of € 50,00 will apply.

COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon check-in)
UTILITY FEE: per day per person from 13.06 to 11.09 (included): € 10,00 adults; € 5,00 children (3 to under 12 years old), free for infants (0 to under 3 years old). This fee covers electricity, water, gas, first supply of bath and bed linens. For stays of at least 14 nights, linens are changed every 7 nights.
FINAL CLEANING: B4-B4V € 80,00, T6-T6VM € 90,00, Q8 € 100,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. A fee of € 50,00 will be applied for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste. The property complies with local waste separation regulations.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Baja Sardinia, to be paid in cash. The amount may vary depending on the time of year.
DEPOSIT: : € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. For group reservations, a deposit of € 400,00 per apartment is required. In case of check-out outside reception hours, the deposit can be refunded via bank transfer (transfer fees charged to the guest).
