The Residence
Residence Ea Bianca is an apartment complex located on a hill surrounded by greenery, in the heart of the Costa Smeralda.
Its spacious apartments are equipped with every comfort, functionally furnished with fine finishes and with the imprint of Sardinian style.
They are complete with air conditioning, washing machine, kitchenette equipped with everything you need, and each apartment also has a furnished patio (on the ground floor), or a balcony (on the upper floors), which allow you to enjoy the view of the Mediterranean maquis.

Terms and Conditions - Residence Ea Bianca
Opening hours of the reception office are from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-in is from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated by all guests at the confirmation of booking and then they must contact the reception office (tel. +39 3480613016) to arrange the collection of the keys. Without prior communication, check-in is not guaranteed and an additional fee of € 50,00 may be charged as a penalty for check-ins from 20:00 to 22:00; all check-ins after 22:00 will be charged a mandatory fee of € 50,00. Guests' phone number is required.
RATE INCLUDES: use of swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking.
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon check-in)
UTILITY FEE: per day per person from 14.06 to 12.09: € 10,00 adults; € 5,00 children 3/11.99 years, free for children 0/2.99 years. This fee covers electricity, water, gas, 1 supply of bed linens and bathroom towels (change of towels and linen every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights).
FINAL CLEANING: B4 € 80,00; T6/T6VM € 90,00; Q8 € 100,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are
not complied with, a penalty of € 50,00 will be charged for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Baja Sardinia, to be paid in cash. The amount may differ depending on the period.
DEPOSIT: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out during reception closing hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
