The Residence
I Giardini di Badus is a cozy facility located just 200 meters from the center of Badesi, which features a variety of services and leisure options, including stores, restaurants, and bars.
The residence consists of three blocks of studio, or one- and two-bedroom apartments, positioned in rows on one or two levels; all apartments have a separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen, TV, microwave, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, complete with patio on the ground floor or balcony on the upper floors. Some apartments feature stunning front or side sea views.
In the central area of the complex are, in addition to the reception office, a laundry room available to guests, two swimming pools, bocce court, barbecue area with picnic area, and playground for the little ones. The property also features a parking lot available for guests' use.
It is only 3 km from the beaches of Li Mindi and Li Junchi (also accessible by public bus service), and 80 km from Alghero airport.

RECEPTION OPENING HOURS: 9:00-13:00 and 17:00-20:00 | CHECK-IN: 17:00-20:00 - CHECK-OUT: from 9:00 to 10:00.
For arrivals after 20:00, it is mandatory for the guests to indicate the late arrival at the time of booking and to contact reception (Tel. +39 389 5798820) to arrange key collection (via key box code). Without prior notice, check-in cannot be guaranteed and an additional fee of € 50,00 may be applied.
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
FINAL CLEANING: M2 € 70,00; B4/B4VM € 80,00; T6/T6VM € 90,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. A fee of € 50,00 will be applied for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste. The property complies with local waste separation regulations.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Badesi, to be paid in cash. The amount may vary depending on the time of year.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside reception hours, the deposit can be refunded via bank transfer (transfer fees charged to the guest).
