The Residence
I Giardini di Badus is a cozy facility located just 200 meters from the center of Badesi, which features a variety of services and leisure options, including stores, restaurants, and bars.
The residence consists of three blocks of studio, or one- and two-bedroom apartments, positioned in rows on one or two levels; all apartments have a separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen, TV, microwave, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, complete with patio on the ground floor or balcony on the upper floors. Some apartments feature stunning front or side sea views.
In the central area of the complex are, in addition to the reception office, a snack bar, a panoramic restaurant (both externally run), and a laundry room available to guests. Entertaining yourself at I Giardini di Badus is easy, thanks to its two swimming pools, bocce court, barbecue area with picnic area, and playground for the little ones. The property also features a parking lot available for guests' use.
It is only 3 km from the beaches of Li Mindi and Li Junchi (also accessible by public bus service), and 80 km from Alghero airport.

Terms and Conditions - I Giardini di Badus
Our reception office is open every day from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00
Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance (phone number +39 389 5798820). Guests have to contact the reception office at this number to receive the KEY BOX code and collect the apartment key.
Guests arriving after midnight will be checked-in the next day or, only if requested in advance, will be allowed to check-in for an additional €50,00 surcharge. Guests' telephone number is also required in case of arrival after 20:00.
RATE INCLUDES: utiliy fees (electricity, water, and gas), bed linens (bed linens are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights), air conditioning, 1 “BEACH SET” available for each apartment (1 beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs), use of the swimming pool; Wi-Fi (shared areas).
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
FINAL CLEANING: M2 € 70,00; B4/B4VM € 80,00; T6/T6VM € 90,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are not complied with, a penalty of € 50,00 will be applied for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Badesi in cash, the amount may change.
DEPOSIT: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
