Holidays in Badesi

Badesi is located between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura and is a small sea-side town which, owing to its beaches, that evolve onto the Marina di Badesi, is a perfect spot from which to start the exploration of North Sardinia.
Badesi, Still off the beaten track, has around 1900 inhabitants and emerges on a hill at 135 metres over sea level, overlooking the valley swept by the Coghinas river.
Badesi is surrounded by unspoilt nature and pure white beaches. From here you can enjoy the fantastic view over Gulf Asinara all the way to Corsica.
Marina di Badesi is an 8 km long beach, crossed by the estuaries of the river Coghinas, and set between two beautiful beaches: Li Junchi and Li Mindi, lovely and not very crowded beaches. The beach of La Marina is protected from the wind and very well known among surf-casting fans.
The beach is surrounded by pure white and full of coastal vegetation sandy dunes. From Badesi’s coastline you can arrive at Baia delle Mimose an extension of velvety sand with enchanting sea and dunes.
Poltu Biancu is one of the most striking beaches in Badesi, located in the North-East, it is well known for its pure white sand and its exceptionally turquoise waters.
At a short distance from Badesi is the celebrated area of Isola Rossa, which displays the shade of red that distinguishes the island.
